This class teaches you to meditate in a way that develops your psychic ability, increases your intuitive awareness, so you can work with energy within you and around you. You will learn to manifest your wishes and goals using science-based methods along with visualization techniques that help to calm your over-stressed nervous system and relax into trusting your own inner knowing.
Through a specific, structured practice, you will learn to practice seeing, creating and destroying energetic images. You will also learn how to create a safe, grounded space, run energy, create energetic boundaries, and how to replenish your energy. You may even connect with your spirit guide through this class!
