Teresa Lodato
As a former financial services specialist with over 20 years of experience at top Wall Street firms, Teresa knows the importance of embracing a new paradigm of leadership & relationships to create impact and legacy.
Women executives and sales professionals hire her when they are struggling in high-pressure environments navigating uncertainty, because past trauma, outdated beliefs and fear of making costly mistakes impact profits and relationships. So, Teresa enhances their decision-making skills, leveraging both science and intuition to reveal easy ways to navigate high-stake challenges with grace, clarity and confidence.
Her journey is an inspiring one: after her two-decade-long financial services career was halted by a rare and severe stress-induced illness causing stroke like symptoms and black-outs, Teresa went on to amass an incredible breadth and depth of expertise, including a master's level background in psychology, advanced certifications in neuroscience, relational trauma, and the psychology of negotiation.
Known as The Modern Day Oracle, Teresa is best known for her keen insight and ability to quickly identify and neutralize the root cause of challenges holding women back from stepping into empowered, heart-led leadership. Her mission to transform the lives of women leaders is fueled by speaking engagements, reaching thousands of people every year with her messages of hope and healing.
